Sunday morning 3/22/09 was a very exciting day! It had been seven years but we finally got to see my former step-mom Jill, my sister Carly, and my brother Nathan! They are my half siblings but I claim them as full siblings because I love them so so much. We went to their house in the afternoon and enjoyed spending time with them! Jill made us dinner and we went out in the backyard and enjoyed the swingset for awhile. The visit was so amazing! Carly is so mature for her age and Nathan is so playful. They are both beautiful children and it was fun for them to meet my children. It sounds like they have a good life in Ohio and are happy. Carly won her regional spelling bee and is off to the national spelling bee soon! Go Carly! I'm very proud of her! Her hard work has really paid off. Jack had so much fun playing with Nathan. He told us the next morning on the way to DC that he wanted to play with Nathan again! The funny thing is that I had just spoke to Jill and she said that Nathan told her he wanted to play with Jack again! Hopefully we will get to visit with them again soon.
